I only got 400 bonus energy and 8 shards, seems like I've been screwed out of some bonuses.

I think it depends on how many days you could have missed the bonus for. I lost out on six days worth as I logged in every day and so it wasn't available for the last six days. I then received 12 shards and 600 energy. Maybe if you missed two in the first 25 days then you could only have missed out on a possible four boxes and that is what you were compensated for?

CG being unable to comprehend something happening in a time zone that is not USA based is entirely believable unfortunately.
