Bigger issue: Gear scaling gets completely out of hand past gear 8. Characters are gaining thousands of both health and protection from gear 8>9, 9>10, 10>11. This scaling is compounded by the precrafting debacle.
If we want the game balanced around gear 11, other DPS needs to be brought up to Rey/Leia level.
If we want the game to be balanced around gear 8/9, Rey and Leia need to be brought down to everyone else's level.
If we want to game to be balanced at all, precrafting needs to be addressed and gear 9/10/11 needs to be more readily available.
If we want the game balanced around gear 11, other DPS needs to be brought up to Rey/Leia level.
