Are you asking for:
1. 6 zeta materials or
2. enough Zeta materials to apply 6 zeta abilities (20*6) or
3. enough materials to Zeta six characters completely (which can range from 120 to 240 zeta materials assuming every character has 1 or 2 abilities that are zeta eligible)

or 720 (enough for 6 GLs)

It's one of the reasons the current Resistance and FO fire sales are deemed somewhat acceptable, because even though you now could get a bunch of toons to R5 quickly, you still aren't on par with someone who built them up the old-fashioned way, where you would have had taken the time to farm all their zetas and decent mods, and actually deserved them.

All games have catch up mechs eventually without them you'll scare off new players, CG still charges money for thiers, most are free!
