I agree completely. As a guild member who has lower GP than over half the others in my guild, I appreciate that my guild leaders allow everyone to participate in TW. However, we get matched with guilds who are making their lower members sit out, and thus they have stronger teams than us at the same overall GP. It's like the system rewards those guilds who don't allow their lower players to participate and that diminishes everyone's ability to have fun and reap rewards.

At least it is self defeating in the long run... since they let their lower player sit out, then in some times those player wont progress as fast as the others and it will slow them down.. but not enough to be preventing them to do so.
