Matchmaking in the Grand Arena

I have had - very painfully - all of my opponents have seemingly full relic rosters, two of them have multiple galactic legends while I have about 4 toons that are actually in relic range and a fair selection of XII-X graded toons.

There needs to be some sort of cut off where the game detects this sort of imbalance but it'd be very hard to do without returning to the old brackets and regenerating issues such as lower gp brackets placed vs max gp brackets etc
