Maul and Savage synergy - when?

Maul have good damage, nice skills (but some have much better), but he has low hp and protection (too low) and he has very slow speed stat. He lives behind tank (without zeta or leadership) few turns, and can die before open his potential, thats why i asked for some toughness\survivability improvement.

Savage also can buff sith squad by his potential. There is only few sith in game, and they should play better (my opinion only). He can get speed up, or taunt, or some special effects, that he can share with maul or other sith.

Well, a potential buff based on a character that isn't maxed is never a good idea. With zeta's maul is a beast, i don't really care that he needs to live behind tanks (one could also argue that glass canons are meant to live behind tanks) without zeta's because i only run into him with zeta's. That's like asking for a buff on biggs because you use him without wedge..

Maul zeta is good, but I mean situations, when maul is not a leader. For example when he is in squad with Boba, EP, djedy or others. Pure faction squads not rule in this game.

So what's gonna happen when he is buffed enough to be usable in a non-synergized team and not in lead, but someone uses him as the leader of a synergized team?

I think not only about flat stat increase, may be Maul can get indirect buff throught Savage update? Taunt, stun, counterattack, speed up, speed stat up, may be something else - sharing effects through unic abilities. For example - health steal, get protection after atack, anything)

2) Maul zeta synergized teams - not unbeatable, but also suggests at least EP and Vader in squad. What about Dooku, Sidious, Savage? They are not actual. Savage\maul unics can make them play again.

I hope they get a Synergy, but to be fair they're not the only ones who need it...Rex should have with Anakin and/or Ahsoka....GK with Cody or Anakin/Ahsoka....Plo Koon with Ahsoka...Poggle with B2....Lumi with Barris....Veers with Snowtrooper.....Dooku/Greivous with Magnaguard....Leia, Luke, (ST) Han and Old Ben have so many options for a synergy....Lobot with Lando or with Ugnaught :D....Echo with Fives...Assaj with Talia or Old Daka (or maybe introduce Quinlan Vos and make a great synergy there)....EP and RG(they are his personal guard after all)....Sid and Dooku/GG/Maul/Nute Gunray/Poggle....Vader and Tarkin....Savaj and the nightsisters(although there is no Mother Talzin yet in the game).....there are so many options that can help make the game more interesting and make use of more outdated heroes without giving them a full update/upgade....and it seems that such duos/trios would be the norm for the time being with Wiggs, Chaze, Cassian and K2 and the Zeta's of course...

agree, I just asked from where to start with :) Savage is oldtimer toon, that dont play in meta since its own release (if I remember it right).
