They’re saying I received it but the coaxium never added and my maul is NOT relic 5 like it is supposed to be.

EA customer support is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Can you all do anything to help? If I dispute this with my financial institution you’ll lock my account. Can you just push the bundle I bought please?!
