no, this is not a whine post.let's look at all these new characters. Phoenix, ISC/Gar, Imperial Trooper faction pass etc.All rely on assist/counterattacks and are completely nullified by maul.thus, how about a zeta for some characters (ie. for phoenix, hera)? "if more than x (faction name) allies are present, they are immune to Daze"

Idk, I'm only level 80, but I dont see it ruining anything. My best team is sith though...I can't even face most rebel teams due to their speed, ability to turn negative affects into healing, and the fact their multi attacks can basically one hit most toons on first turn (especially maul).I can see it as annoying to you, but as someone who uses him, his daze on saves him the ability to actually get a chance to go more than once.Maybe adding achbar or someone to remove debuffs on your team is needed.Or maybe I'm wrong

There are counters to this, but you're not wrong. Daze went from a cool machanic only on K2's special, to an aoe with a 100% chance to inflict it. Next thing you know, it can be inflicted on basic. Whoopdeedoo

small side note, i believe maul's aoe/potency is bugged currently, applying daze more often than it should.

how? Wedge lead is so easy a g11 wedge can be OHKO'd by Chirrut. Ackbar lead is even worse.

Which leads to Rex triple cleanse teams, which leads us back to the Maul Rex meta.

Booooring.

R2 with cleanse on crit and burn is our only hope.
