Max GC Crate?
Haven't we been able to get max rewards without one tier of the faction feats up till now? I know I have a few times and thought it was consistent. If so, this one is a slap in the face..... ...

Nope, pretty sure it’s always been the faction feat that determines whether you get max crate or not.
