Max GC Crate?
Haven't we been able to get max rewards without one tier of the faction feats up till now? I know I have a few times and thought it was consistent. If so, this one is a slap in the face..... ...

You can do it without max of one of the other feats, but you've always needed max faction feat.

You’ve always been able to redbox the event by missing one feat—so long as it’s one of the non-faction-specific feats. People’s minds play tricks on them and memory is faulty, so people tend to remember it as “I used to be able to miss one feat and still redbox, what changed?” Nothing changed, you’re just having a human moment!
