You’re missing 10 shards, but only if you purchased all 20 from the scavenger. Did you buy a conquest pass? Can you post a screenshot of the in game message with your rewards?

And yes, sadly yes, if you have been playing this game since launch, then you know how CG operates (with all those fails and bugs)

In fear, I always take a screenshot of my red crate every conquest, in case a RARE case like this could happen (which seems VERY unlikely, even for CG standards)



There is nothing you can do about it, my advice? From now on, record everything it can "fail"
I don't think it can fail, but in a RARE ocassion it does, you have evidence

I've definitely seen this issue happen to people in the past and CG did send them the missing rewards.

I only know of one other player who achieved red crate but recieved gold rewards, it was about six months ago and it took him a while to get the difference (he also had proof he had done it)

For those they haven't got anything yet, be patient.
It can take up to 24 hours for the Conquest payout to come through.
