While anything is possible, when you've been here long enough, you learn the safe money is to assume the player is mistaken, even if honestly so.

Nobody said 0 claims are true. Ultra only conveyed a curiosity over how many claims are actually false.

Like I said, smart money is on player being mistaken.

The UI can really be misleading. You want to see red crate, you see red crate and don't look careful enough. I would suggest that the next rewards would have some animated hologram-look, like it is in the journey guide for unlocked or incomplete characters.

@CG_Tusken_Meathead nice that I was told I only got 626 completion for my CG when in fact I had completed the max crate reward. Guess I will have to take pictures of every completion now for all I do. Funny how it shows u you are finished for max crate, But yet screws u but only saying u had 626. I’ve been playing this game now for over 7 years. Comical how little things that matter for those that continue to make this game “profitable”.

It also said I only got 626 Asanti, but actually got the max red crate 3 days before finish. Hopefully Meathead is looking into it.
Post you ally code for him and open an in game ticket per his instructions

Players are often wrong, but CG’s track record is equally suspect. Didn’t they just miss paying rewards to 1,000’s of folks in the last grand arena? Wasn’t this conquest full of bugs?

I’m not saying have folks in here with positions aligned to CG mock people who are upset isn’t right and benefits no one.
