Sorry, but this post is dumb. If he were attainable for F2P, then he wouldn't be special. If everyone has something, then it isn't rare. If you want a rare, F2P character, I'm pretty sure CUP or Lobot fits that bill. Also, if he breaks the meta, that helps the F2P that don't have Traya yet. Just sayin
