If the feats are going to remain the same after you relaunch, just keep it off. Who thought this would be fun? Unit kills with crappy factions (Pheonix Squad) or a factions that almost no one has (Bad Batch)? Buffs(Frenzy) and debuffs (potency down, blind) that only a select few character have.
This is the opposite if fun, you've taken the worst feats from the last 2 series of Conquests and made them pretty much the only feats in the third series.
