I'm just going to react to this part. Think about the interactions they gave us - they admitted themselves that the -50% def on GG lead is useless at least for B1. Furthermore, damage that can't defeat characters actually can defeat two of them due to stupid kit interactions, making this clause useless for half of the team. That's not something I would call "intelligent".
They are not sayinig it is useless, they are saying that the -50% doesnt have a great impact on B1 cause he is high on penetration, therefore, they already have a huge damage on characters without a really high defense.
