Congratulations on the worst rework in SWGOH History, saved my zetas and gear, took b1 and Droideka to 7* to see 3 toons from either CLS, Chewie and Han, Triumverate, and Revan, GMY and Ezra can beat GG...
The videos were misleading, this needs action to as a minimum allow zeta refunds on the main GG team as they are pointless, even with maxed gear and mods they still have little use or viability.....
We need a proper explanation other than re-explaining the kit and what action is being done about it?
I have contacted the EA help desk with the standard response, so i have shared my feedback here, my next step is to seek a refund from Apple Store as no one seems to care about the customer in this game that has spent money on something that was in my view a waste of money on a useless set of new toons, they are no fun and give no enjoyment = as a customer I want a refund or the problem rectified....
The reason I keep playing is for the community but Im seriously considering quitting as it is the first time I feel cheated by the videos and hype, it is at best disappointing....
