The additional "buff" was done earlier when they removed the CD for his skills.
Show me where in the road ahead it says something like that? Above that, it doesn't buff the weapon tech, which is the more important thing to do since they are basically making it useless in the CPit.
That is the information I got when I asked.
Kyno plz ask them to rename the weapon tech to the turn meter tech plz. It's more honest.
