Yeah, through packs which you still have to buy.
I’d say if you’re starting from nothing or even very little then a combination of packs and crystals would be the way to go.
When ep came out the first time I went from 3 to 7* Lando in 9 days. It took a lot of refreshes.
If you're starting from nothing though can you really complain? Just means you're not ready yet
