Messing up the make good, again

I have restarted the game on both PC and mobile several times. Re installed the game on mobile. Nothing has appeared in my inbox with the make good for the Pillars of War DC's even though the costs have been updated. I reached out to EA through the chat option and instead of helping me directly they told me to come post this in the forum hoping it gets enough upvotes to be noticed. So here I am.
