Yes. We. Can. CG will say to report it to EA so EA can deny it happened and ignore it for a month, but we can talk about bugs here all day and night.
CG should also be paying attention to what we post here so they can see for themselves and get the jump on EA asking them about it in 3 weeks.

I recall the freeze bug that EA said wasn't happening for WEEKS that players kept reporting and how long did it take for them to finally admit it and then work on getting it fixed?
I might be getting a bit dramatic about it, but there are examples of bugs not getting fixed for extended periods of time, years even.
you do know some bugs end up being a freeze bug and not the all freezes are the same root bug that’s been happening for weeks / years
