Minumum requirements for gas all teirs

The absolute minumum is the GP threshold. Good luck getting him with that though.

The practical minimum is a mix of g12 & g13/relic toons, depending on your modding, tactics and tolerance for re-tries in search of sufficiently good RNG.

As a good rule of thumb, bare minimum is G12+ on all in P2, r5 GK. Shaak might slide at G11 with very good RNG.
For P4, G12+ on all with r3-5 B1, again with lots of retries.
