If the payment went through but the items didn't arrive, try tapping the Settings cog on the main Cantina screen, then tapping Restore Purchases to force a check of your recent transactions.
If you still can't spot the content, our support team may be able to help more if you reach out to them. The best way to contact our support team is by creating an in-game ticket. This sends details about the account and means our support team can help them out faster. It'd be good to have your Player ID and Ally code handy also in case the support team ask for it.
