Missing R2-D2 Shards

Hi everyone, I am currently missing 25 shards from the R2-D2 journey guide event, making it impossible for me to 7 star him even though I have completed the entire journey guide event. I have contacted EA support about this and its been a week where I have gotten 2 employees who have asked me the same question of the exact date of when I completed the journey guide event. I have had R2-D2 not unlocked for a while so I personally do not remember but then they ghosted me after I said that. I have provided all the evidence that my problem is real, from letting them know they can look at my account to showing screenshots. I'm not sure what else I can do to prove this problem still persists. If anyone could spread awareness I would really appreciate it! Without R2-D2 I can't do the CLS event or get GL Leia in the future :(((((
