I like these characters too. I think that in order for them to be an effective pair, they need a little more synergy.
For example, your Mission stuns exposed enemies, but neither character has an expose ability. I suggest you adjust his enrage ability to account for this.
Enrage Special - 3TCD
Expose all enemies and gain taunt for one turn. If Mission Vao is present, she gains 100% TM.
Also, in order to provide some survivability to Zaalbar in todays heavy hitting meta, I would grant him some passives.
Madclaw Unique
While Zaalbar is taunting, he recovers 10% protection whenever he is non-critically hit. Zaalbars cooldowns are reduced by 1 for each buff that is removed from him.
