MK3 Arakyd Droid Callers

First of all, I would like to say thank you to the developers for listening to our ever going complaints/requests. A big thank you for the nice events giving us the opportunity to collect shards for almost every fraction.
However, without gear a 7* toon is worth close to nothing.
I completely agree that the purple gear should be hard to obtain but why do we have to struggle with the blue gear as well? Most of us need tons of MK3 Arakyd Droid Callers and are forced to choose between them and Syringes when doing the AGI gear challenge.
Could you, please consider moving the Droid callers as a reward in the STR gear challenge in the place of MK4 Baw Armor mods or at least introduce a way to buy a significant number of these so much needed Droid callers?
I am sure it will be much appreciated.

    I would even buy them for credits...let me buy 5 for 25k credits. It's less than that when they randomly show up in shipments...but I'm desperate for those things. They should never have disappeared from the higher tier challenges.

    You do realize that the Mk 3 callers periodically appear in shipments AND can be farmed from the 6 energy normal node? With one shipment purchase and applying both 50 crystal energy refreshes I farmed about 30 callers just yesterday. It's all about setting priorities and making choices ... and, after all, a big part of the game's raison d'être is the grind. All that being said, a gear exchange would be very welcome and enable us to do something with all the unneeded gear ...

    Yes, you can farm them. Their droprate kinda sucks, though, and 30 will get me nowhere. I regularly need 30 just for 1 gear level of 1 toon.

    Mk3 Detonators are a similar story, and to a certain extent Mk3 syringes. But they were meant to be farmed from nodes, so I accept that.

    2 energy refreshes on droid callers means I am not spending those 2 energy refreshes on stun cuffs, stun guns or holo projectors, of which I need about a million salvage and they are not available in challenges.

    Removing Mk3 droid callers (and Mk5 Power Cells) from higher level challenges is bullshit. Meanwhile, I have about a billion Mk5 keyboards and Mk4 stun guns salvages. And they're purple, and thus supposedly "hard".
