23:25 = Artoo. (And specifically about Artoo vs. Maul)
29:10 = Discussion of new events & the May 25th mystery event's efforts to provide some gear.
...they want to "alleviate the gear crunch within reason". (statement is about 30:15)
Their concern is really (or at least from the podcast, appears to be) that they've released so many more characters that what they saw as an "appropriate" gear crunch when there were 30-40 toons when SWGoH first came out is now a frustrating gear crunch, in particular there are factions now where everyone in the same faction will use the same gear, where originally that wasn't as common (though it did happen).
33:20 Metrics and examining Metas for when the game becomes too monopolized by too few toons.
The metrics discussion blends back into another discussion of Artoo, which lasts until about 45:00, then there's a couple comments about the Stormtrooper Zeta.
36:30 Meta Report. Rex takes over the top spot in the Meta Report @40% to Maul's 37%.
