no it didn't. He turned the stream off because he could have gotten in trouble for revealing parts of the game they didn't give him permission to.

He has no need to, that's correctly what happened. Mobilegamer turned the stream off once he accidentally upgraded, nothing crashed, net or otherwise at that point.
