Mod management: removing mods (Suggestion)

Once you have a large roster, it gets difficult to manage all your mods and placing them where they work best.
I have a suggestion of quicker removal of mods.

At the mod page on character list, have the option to remove all mods on a character at once, and select multiple characters at a time to do this

Although I disagree on the cost of removal, but keep that cost too
That way, you can quickly mix and match mods best to characters often, maybe weekly, using the new mods you acquire

Additional suggestion, make that you don't have to pay until you leave the mod section completely, so that you can switch between characters without being forced to commit mods just yet

    Hey there,

This thread is quite a few years old and is being locked here to avoid further necroposting.

Feel free to create a new thread if there's a subject you're wanting to discuss that doesn't have a more recent topic, thanks!

Does destroying a mod get rid of it completely or just revert it to its original state (before upgrades)?
Just wondering if you could destroy it and then build it back up with a chance for different stats. That's the only reason I could see for destruction.

It completely obliterates the mod from existence

I'd like a remove all button for a saving of 10-20% of the cost to remove individually. Those who change one or 2 will still pay full cost. But some added mods blindly and now may want to switch it up a bit.

Well now with this weekend I'm sure many have a ton of upgrades for their teams and the management can take way too long

Added to this point - why do we have a 'destroy' mod button?

I almost had a terrible accident earlier when I pressed the wrong button and 'destroyed' one of my +30 speed mods when moving it from my raid team to arena team.

Thankfully we have the 'revert' button so disaster was avoided.

But why would anyone ever want to destroy a mod rather than pay a few thousand credits to remove it? I understand that removing a full set of mods across many toons can get expensive, but nobody who has spent millions buying a mod and upgrading it would ever want to destroy it!

And meanwhile selling it after removing it makes you more money than the cost to remove
