Mod pack improvements missed the mark
I appreciate you split the packs into their type, but increasing the price and lowering the quality is really sad. 400$ worth of mods not one worth using. And then i had to spend 30 minutes deleting...

From my own test, I spent about $40 on 5 packs (3 health, 2 potency)
For me - About 20% of the total drop were 5 dot mods
Out of that, 3 of the 5 dot mods came with speed secondaries. They were bumped to 18, 8 and 5 respectively (the last one was a 5 so technically it was more of a failed bump)
I guess there is still "value" based on my experience today - if you compare it to buying a couple of 2000 or 3000 crystal mods in the shop (not counting ancillary costs of refreshes).
But yeah, otherwise, it's not a slam dunk by any stretch unless RNG really favors you
