Mod packs please

I'm hoping mod packs come back soon as well I saved up to buy a few

+1 Drop rates are apualing compared to last year.! I normally get atleast one or two decent mods in a pack, also speed secondaries seem higher..
Judge for yourself - I think they are great used wisely of course..

Mod packs were nerfed and will be for the next time released nerfed again I think. So be careful when buying 5 at a time.

How/when were they nerfed? I haven't read about that before (but maybe just missed it)
