Mod Store Changes?

Has anyone else noticed that most of the mods (roughly 70%) seem to cost ship building currency? I swear that a month ago most of the mods (again like 70%) cost credits. I haven’t kept track and it could just be luck, but is anybody else noticing something similar? Or am I crazy?
