I just did 2 "Defense" T5 mod upgrade from 1 to 15. Both times came out to be following:
Level 1-3: 13500
Level 3-6: 22500
Level 6-9: 38250
Level 9-12: 94500
Level 12-15: 317250
Total: 486000
