Modding, remodding, and losing your mind.

Is there a way/command/voodoo dance to remove all six mods from a character all at once? I'm not talking about swapping loadouts, but strip the mods off a character leaving them with nothing equipped...

I think making a loadout of all six mods and then getting some random character to take that loadout would be the easiest way to accomplish this.
