Mods- QOL improvements

For those that don't use hotutils it would be great if you could restore your mods in-game whether done manually or through a nightly snapshot. It would go a long way in improving the experience of the raid as in most cases special modding is required. In addition, as mentioned by many it would be great if you increased the mod inventory capacity from 500 to 1,000. Swapping mods for the raid is tedious especially when you keep hitting the cap. The cap has stayed the while our roster keeps growing.
