No offense to the OP, but this sounds like you are whining. Its easy to complain, but not so easy to work up a solution. What is the point of this post, exactly?

Mods allow customization, exactly as intended. I know it sucks for people when their run of the mill QGJ/Rey/RG teams can no longer keep pace. So, here's an idea. Try something else!

For example, if you think Poe going first is THE problem, use Han Solo to guarantee you go first, and stun Poe.
