I'm laughing at these TI guys feeling the need to come into this thread defending their guildie like he's under some personal attack. This thread is about SPEED SECONDARIES, not about Poe, and sure as hell not about your guildie. Han isn't going to help you beat that team.
There is a clear problem with mods when a secondary stat matters more that the primary stat or even the mod set.
