Mods allow customization, exactly as intended. I know it sucks for people when their run of the mill QGJ/Rey/RG teams can no longer keep pace. So, here's an idea. Try something else!
For example, if you think Poe going first is THE problem, use Han Solo to guarantee you go first, and stun Poe.
Ignorance is bliss... It's not about what characters free to play has at their disposal. Speed secondaries vastly outweigh any other secondary stat in terms of power. And before the obvious rebuttal, I am a paying player.
