Mods are unbalanced (speed secondaries were not nerfed) with video (Poe with 256 speed)

that server doesn't like rex lead for some reason. Even back when aoe droids were prevalent a while ago before the rise of wedge lando and co, that server refuses to run rex lead when that was the easiest solution
