Mods: damaging the game
I'm a great believer that things that take the control out of a players hands are a very negative thing in any game. A little RNG in combat is fine but it shouldn't dominate, the game is teetering on ...

Because asking for mods to be removed is like punching yourself in the face to see if you can knock yourself out. So go ahead knock yourself out with this idea.

If you dont then research it...your questions about details will be answered. Because poe meta is what set mods in motion, with protection as a quick fix to buy time for the implementation of mods...
I don't think anyone wants them to be removed, just somewhat ballenced or require a bit of thought. I can't think of any toon I'd put accuracy over speed for a arrow. Or for a triangle who'd get a 5.88% health over 36% critical damage. Hell I'd rather give a tank the crit damage over a measly 5.88 health. Name one toon who gets health over protection?
