I suggest to OP that they watch The Playbook or Scrybe's videos on mods

I don't have any particular opinions on which videos are best bc I learned modding a long time ago and haven't watched these, but I trust chpMINIsolo and I FULLY agree that watching intro to modding videos is a great way for a lot of people to get the info. If you're a text-based learner or for some other reason videos don't work for you, Ashur_Noah​ , I can of course try to help you in other ways. 

But if you're okay watching videos, trust chip and watch what they are recommending. 

You have 81 mods with no speed secondary  Id delete most of them if they are not 6 dot.  you have 270 mods with 3,4 or 5 speed I guarantee you that some of those are not worth holding onto. you only have like 35 less mods then my account so you likely don't have to many characters not levels up to lvl 50 to store mods you want to keep but don't want to develop now so with a little maintaince you could probably clean out a 100 mods easy. Some mods are just not worth putting resources into the screecap shows what I would classify as a bad mod but arguably speed roll is good  there are likely certain characters that work well with static stats instead of percent based ones but most will be better with % secondaries very few characters actually need crit chance so it's general considered a less desirable stat. so id ideally want only the speed to hit on this mod. if it were a gold mod id lvl it up and hope id get like 16 speed on it and then not discard it. as a grey mod this is an easy delete. the swgoh wiki has a mod section which showcases what the max roll is  for each stat. So you can better assess the quality of the mods you do have.
