While it feels good to simplify every issue... thats not always the best way to present or even advocate a change since the majority understand that there is multiple variables to the issue especially in this part of the game.

This is the correct answer stated multiple ways, and should end the discussion. But it won't because people will try to cram in speed mod complaints whenever they can.

Try putting a gear 6 toon in arena modded faster than a gear 12 toon, and tell me gear is less important. A Cup that's modded 50 speed faster than an opposing JTR is still a dead CUP, so tell me squad comp isn't important.

Not to mention there are strategies, and team comps that are drastically less mod dependent. Fast AoE teams will take a Wampa counter attack in the face sooner, and more frequently. The faster an opponent's Vader is the sooner he gives a Rex lead team full TM.

Mods are important. Gear is important. Team comp is important. So what's the point of this thread again? Oh that's right. To complain about speed secondaries on mods. I'm not going to try to say that it's not a valid complaint. Mods and secondary stats were not particularly well implemented. But be honest about what you're doing at least if you hate them, and want them changed.
