sorry, does this mean it is now more expensive to level the common/bad mods and still just as expensive to level to the 4 or 5* mods? this would create a small precrafting issue, but since most people only will likely put the low level mods on less used toons, may not change too much.

does this also mean we now spend energy in challenge (who cares if the battles drop the crapy 1 or 2* mods) mods and may not get a drop
