The underlying mechanics behind mods now are almost fine - ie. the drop rate, credit costs, t6/t7 being raid only (although they should be droppable for all ranks now just 1-10), and challenges required. However, their effects should be weakened significantly and either entirely percentage based (so that they merely amplify gear/stars/levels) or rescaled so that there is a max power boost (I'm thinking like 1000 for a t7) that each mod can provide.
