Customer Support Atrocity

Yeah, it's really poor.  EA-CS is useless and CG's communication is next to nothing.  They continue to allow these coliseum bans without a proper examination......I really don't understand this company.  I just really don't.  I've been playing since the end of 2017, and if I get banned in coliseum for getting a higher score than I should; they have 48 hours re-open it or I'm gone for good.  That's how low my morale is with the current game situation.

ANYWAY.... personal rant over, your best bet (and likely to get a positive resolution if you haven't cheated) is to use the 'forms'  that is found here:

Thanks dude. But yeah, I submitted that appeal link form on day 1 (Tuesday), did a 2nd one Wed or Thurs JIC I screwed up the first one (I doubt I screwed up a “submit” button press) and it’s now Saturday. But I appreciate the effort. 

Well as I said, the problem has been going on a while and CG's communication is abysmal.  I'm sorry for you, but there's not much you can do.  You could add EA_Gunner​ to the thread.  Gunner seems to be doing their upmost best to keep this show on the road.  They may be able to push your case along.

Same here I got banned for legitimately beating tier 7, been banned almost 5 days 9.7 million GP and just unlocked BaneEA_Gunner​  can you us please. Ally code is 456-311-217

This is peak CG.  I’ve played a lot of mobile games, spent more than I care to think about and over the years have interacted with support in those games many times.  SWGOH is by far the worst at everything.  Communication? Fixing known problems?Acknowledging and compensating for issues?  Taking care of legitimate support tickets?  All absolutely awful.  Anyone who has ever dealt directly with support probably has a horror story so ridiculous you’d think they’re making it up but unfortunately they’re true.  It’s my considered opinion that the goal of CS team is just to frustrate you into giving up rather than help you in any way.

Happened to me as well. I filled out the appeal form twice and it took them about 5 days to unban me. My account was around 12.4 million gp. I'm assuming CG also doesn't talk to EA support because EA support told me to talk to CG_LucifersDaddy but he hasn't done bans in over a year it seams. I would just put in a ticket everyday and see what happens. 

Coliseum is hazardous to play. Trying for a good run carries a risk of getting you banned. I don't think I've done more than a handful of manual runs since I started seeing these autoban threads. I logged whatever score on tier 7 after the last character came out, and since then I've just been immediately quitting out of battle for the daily feat (like with Squad Arena) so the game would register my previous high score for the leaderboard. 

buddy, I'm doing the same thing. All my guild friends are afraid to complete the levels in the Colosseum! They just beat the boss once and leave the battle out of fear of killing the boss and getting banned! I'll start recording videos when the new era begins.

One and done.  Don’t want the AI to ban me for having a good run.  

I have a question for anyone hit with this and then getting unbanned due to whatever error they have in their algorithm.  Do they have any form of compensation for days lost?  I see a lot of banned for 5-7 days which means you miss a significant amount of in game time.  They must know what you average on a daily basis in terms of crystals and advancement.  My guess is that do absolutely nothing for you for their screw up, but I would like to hear if there is any sort of compensation.
