Mods Update II: It's Another Mega Thread!!

I've given you guys the benefit of the doubt so many times over the past few months. Up until this most recent set of patches, it seemed like at least your heart was in the right place. I don't think that is true anymore. From the entirely messed up state of mods at release to the giant nerfs you just released, it is quite clear that you guys are simply out of your depth. You don't understand what your players want, and you don't understand that a game needs to be fun. I spent a long time (and a fair amount of money) making a team to help my guild tackle the first phase of the raid, and I just discovered that that whole team is now useless, thanks to the supposed "normalization" of potency. This was the last straw for me.

I have spent quite a bit on your game, and if things don't turn around by next week, I will be requesting as much of a refund as Apple can give me (the last 3 months, supposedly). Please, take a minute to listen to the players who really, really, really want to like this game. It may be too late already for lots of people, but a lot of people are waiting for your next move. Please make the right one.
