Mods Update II: It's Another Mega Thread!!

Maybe I am a little slow. Or perhaps I am busy working and trying to get a minimal amount of sleep. I don't know, but it took me till late this afternoon to understand the depths of how nefarious this whole mod debacle really is. That's when I finally opened mod challenges and completed the health challenge through tier 5. The update occurred and when did my first sim of tier 5 i received a tier 3 mod. Add that to the fact i need character specific teams to do the other challenges and my disgust with this whole sordid affair could not be more acute. How you could allow this pre-craft 2.0 is unconscionable. This far worse.
