Mods

I'm just working on getting the mods I actually want on my arena team.
Lando (L), STH, QGJ, JKA, Phasma

I'm trying to get the mods with speed as the primary stat, is there a good way to get them or is it purely RNG with the mod challenges?

And speed as primary will only ever appear on arrows.

Two ways:

1. Mod battles for arrows. This will get you low-dot mods, but will guarantee you arrows, which at least have a chance of speed primary.

2. Mod shipments. Complete Health and Defense challenges for 4 and 5dot mods. If you 3* T3 of Health you get 4dot mods showing up. 3* T2 of Defense and 5dot mods show up, 3* T3 of defense and you get an increased chance of 5dot mods. Bring a big wad of cash, because mod shipments are outrageously expensive.

Other than that, RNG, RNG and more RNG.
