Mon Mothma not Rogue One?
With the current GAC mission I wonder, why doesn't Mon Mothma have the Rogue One tag? She is as much in that movie, as in A New Hope and it is also in the pretty much same time frame.

Everyone in the Rouge One faction was the rebels fighting on the beaches of Scarif. Mon Mothma was not a part of that group, opposed the attack on Scarif, and never fought in the battle of Scarif. So, why should Mothma have the Rouge One tag?
