Sorry, you should've waited, even though you had no reason to wait at that point. Guess it'll have to sit there for the next few days, constantly reminding you how bad we are at our jobs over here.The need to wait isn't even what gets me. It's the complete lack of common sense that is constantly on display.

I was about to create a thread for this topic, but this is already the 2nd thread I found about it. I agree with DarthJobbie and poodleboot47, that this isn't the end of the world, but it's annoying and in the last part of the Episode we'll have to be careful not to get burned by this again.

This is not completely accurate. The fact i could not complete this feat last week for the same reason cost me an omicron because I didn't have enough EP to get to the 11th tier and collect the new currency to afford the single omicron purchase. Yes, i got the feat the following week, but that omicron is lost forever.They need to make this feat available before the GC launches (ideally do it on Tuesdays which is the off-day for GC). Or change the episode quest daily review to coincide with the player's daily reset. There doesn't seem to be a game-play reason that this feat needs to be synchronized across the game

yeah, it is not the end of the world, but this isn't the only feat that is in a similar situationSubmit 2 raid scores - what if my guild just completed the raid right before the feat was revealed. There is a very good chance the guild won't launch the raid until the following week.Earn 10 keycards in conquest - some people finished conquest before this feat was activated. While these are likely people who spend on the game and probably have the episode pass, it is not impossible for someone to finish conquest with enough energy (especially given how much energy CG was giving out for small $$$$ this go around). Complete 5 feats in GC - enough has been said about thisEssentially CG needs to release time-sensitive tasks to be available before the event is available for all players. Doing anything else has the potential to lock out some players from rewards because the Episode Currency is tied to how much progress you make on the episde track, and the weekly reset for the Episode Store means if you don't make enough progress on the track every week, you potentially lose out on rewards that CG promised,Case in point, my alt account could not get T10 with RF's or Tuskens last week., so i lost a lot of EP due to that. Couple that with the fact I completed what GC stuff i did early in the morning on Saturday (which is typical, i do most of my playing in the morning), so i could not complete the GC feat when it was finally activated. I was stuck on the 10th node on the episode track, halfway to 11, which means I did not get the 2nd batch of Episode Currency on Node 11. If i had gotten the GC feat, I would have made it easily.End result is an omicron i could not buy before the store reset on Tuesday. That omicron is lost forever.This is something CG really needs to fix, not because it is a game stopping change, but because it is an easy fix. Some suggestions:- All time-sensitive feats should be unlocked at the start of the week so players are not at the mercy of the clock- Time-sensitive feats should be put at the top of the queue so the unlock as early in the week as possible- Time-sensitive feats should be unlock prior to the event launches for everyone- Daily feat unlock should coincide with the players own reset, not a universal time that matches CG's time zone.- Episode store cadence should be rethought. One option is to make it a monthly reset and put the entire month's items in the store at once. Or do not remove previous weeks items when the store resets.End goal is to make sure people don't get locked out of rewards simply because of the clock and their timezone

The feat will still be there next GC. Calm your socks. It was there in chapter 1 and stayed open into chapter 2.

Again, wait till raids open for your guild. Even if it goes inti chapter 3 the reward for chapter 2 will be given.

Absolutely a player has no idea on how the new system works.
Problem here is that its not exactly well explained by the powers to be.
People see rewards in like one or 2 days i.e. 2 GCs but this is more longer, ive earned same omis as usual it just isnt packaged the same

I hear what you are saying, but there is one piece that you are not following in the complaint. If you do not earn enough Episode Points in a week to claim the track rewards that reward episode currency in a given week, then you miss out on buying items in the store before it resets for the week. That is the problem I am trying to solve.

My alt only made it to node 10 on the Track by the end of the week. That means i did not claim the Episode currency on node 11, which also means i did not have enough to buy one of the omicron options in the store before it reset. Yes, I completed the feat the following week and I caught up on the track but I cannot go back and buy that omicron now. It is lost forever.

CG promised equivilant rewards to 4 Red Crates and 4 gold crates, but that equivilancy is based on being able to purchase from the new store weekly to get all of the omicrons you can.

I agree with this. In this case we can make it up next GC but what if it came at the end of the episode without the ability to complete it? It would be an easy adjustment, release those GC feats a day before.
