Multi-SIM shard drop rates

Looks like they lowered drop rate to somewhere 20% ... Mods seem to have a even worse droprate ... tons of energy, but no mod at all ...
You need thousands of everything, but it drops only once a day ... who ever decided this, should get a gf and return to real world...
